Insulated Pallet Cover manufactures a line of insulated bags for the protection of perishable items during shipping, transit and storage.  These bags are converted on custom built laminating and pouch machines here at our U.S. factory.  Our insulated bags are constructed from metallized film laminated to polyethylene foam.  This combination has insulating properties comparable to Styrofoam.  The benefit of these bags are:
  • Superior at insulating temperature sensitive items.
  • More cost effective than Styrofoam.
  • Better for the environment, recyclable.
  • Less freight expense.
  • Takes a fraction of the floor space.
Our bags can be converted with 1/8" or 1/4" foam, a thin layer of high density film can also be laminated to the foam for extra tear strength.  Below you will find a variety of stock 1/8" foam/foil insulated bags for sale on our web site.
